2. Payment and Refund Policy

2.1 All prices for our services are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.3 Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the first scheduled recording session. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the first session are not eligible for a refund.
2.4 Cancellation of a plan can be made at any time; however, clients must cancel before the renewal date to stop auto-renewal of the plan.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 The recordings created by EASCast Studios are the sole property of the client. Clients are free to use, distribute, and exploit their recordings as they desire.
3.2 EASCast Studios retains the right to use excerpts of the recordings for promotional purposes without client consent.

4. Liability Limitation

4.1 EASCast Studios is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to technical issues or delays.
4.2 While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all specific expectations.
4.3 EASCast Studios is not liable for any content created in client podcasts or other media. The responsibility for the content, including its legality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws, lies solely with the client.
4.4 EASCast Studios is not responsible for the use of profanity or inappropriate language in any podcast or media created. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content they produce complies with all applicable standards and regulations.

5. Audio Files

5.1 Audio files for podcasts will be saved in MP3 format with a sample rate of 44.1 kHz, mono channel, and a bitrate of 64 kbps to 128 kbps, depending on the preferred balance between file size and quality

6. Changes to Terms

6.1 EASCast Studios reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
